He (Evgeni) ran an investment company and wanted me to work for him once my obligation to the guard was over. I’d finished up my MBA about a year ago in analytics, so in the Guard I’d been assigned to intelligence, doing classified work. I was part of a team that processed the enormous amounts of data we mined and made sense of it.

Even for us, the Dragonborn, mundane information meant power. I only wished that we used it to bring us together instead of against other Dragonborn.
